  5. This blanker just enables power-save mode on modern monitors.
  6. Three sliders:
  7.     - how long the blanking is just a black screen
  8.     - how long in standby-mode
  9.     - how long in suspend-mode
  10.  
  11. When the suspend mode ends, monitor is turned off (and it probably
  12. indicates that somehow, e.g. changing some LED's colour or state).

  14. Also note that the times are added, i.e. with default values (1 min,
  15. 1 min, and 1 min) the normal blanking lasts one minute, after that the
  16. following minute will be in standby-mode and the next in suspend-mode.
  17. And after suspend-mode you'll enter in off-mode.
